The company supports all types of activities for industry and the domestic markets. The support includes stripping services, the design and manufacture of jigs and structural platforms.
Extensive stripping services, using a pyrolysis oven which can accommodate items up to 2 x 2 x 2.3 metres. Our oven heats the chamber to 430ºC where the unwanted volatile materials are driven off as vapour. The oven is then heated to 760ºC, consuming the pollutants and leaving harmless water and C02 to exit through the exhaust stack.
We design, make, strip and deliver jigs for paint and powder coating, as well as flooring grids and other components.
Our facility also accommodates press work, supplying pressed, mild and stainless steel components to a wide range of industry sectors.
Our products and fabrications cover an array of other applications too, such as work benches, barriers, production fixtures, decorative pieces and security products.
We have capacity to carry out small batch turning, milling and prototype manufacturing and stock a range of mild, tool and stainless steel, aluminium and certain plastics, which can all be cut to size.
The company caters for all types of steel work, including domestic and light industrial.
